30-Day Hassle-Free Returns

Customers may request a return or refund within 30 days of delivery, subject to the eligibility conditions below.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, materially different from the product description, or affected by a fulfillment error, please contact us within 30 days of delivery so we can review your request and provide a suitable solution.

Please note: our 180-day limited warranty does not extend the 30-day return and refund period.

Non-Quality-Related Returns

For returns that are not related to product quality, customers may still contact us within 30 days of delivery for review.

Non-quality-related returns may include, but are not limited to:

For non-quality-related returns, a restocking fee may apply depending on the order status and the condition of the returned item.

Restocking Fee

To help cover inspection, handling, repackaging, and inventory processing costs, a restocking fee may be applied to non-quality-related returns.

Opened but unused, with all packaging and accessories included 10%–15% of the original order value

Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer for non-quality-related returns.

Non-Returnable Conditions

Items are not eligible for return or refund if:

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

All MIRYA™ products are inspected before shipment. However, damage during transportation or fulfillment errors may occasionally occur.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and provide:

For confirmed defective, damaged, or fulfillment-error items, MIRYA™ will cover the return shipping cost where a return is required.

180-Day Limited Warranty

All MIRYA™ products come with a 180-day limited warranty from the date of delivery.

This warranty covers eligible product defects, functional issues, or quality problems that occur under normal use.

The warranty does not cover:

After review, we may offer one of the following warranty solutions:

The 180-day warranty is intended to cover eligible quality or functional issues. It does not provide a right to return the product for a refund after the 30-day return period has ended.

How to Start a Return or Warranty Request

Once we review your request, we will notify you whether your return, refund, or warranty request has been approved.

Returns require prior approval. Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted, and the customer may be responsible for any associated shipping costs.

Refund Processing

If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days after approval, or after the returned item is received and inspected where applicable.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank, credit card provider, or payment platform to post the refund to your account.

Original shipping fees, return shipping fees, and restocking fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a confirmed product defect, damage, or fulfillment error.

Order Cancellations & Modifications

We understand that mistakes can happen. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Cancellation requests submitted after an order is placed may be subject to a 5% cancellation fee to cover non-refundable payment processing and administrative costs.

Submitting a cancellation or modification request does not guarantee approval. Requests are handled based on the order status at the time we receive them.
